Job Description:

The Head of Agile Transformation is responsible for leading and driving the strategic transformation roadmap across IT and Operations. This includes designing and implementing value streams, fostering a culture of innovation, enabling organizational change and the successful delivery of value focused on digitalization, Agile adoption, and operational excellence. This role is crucial for enhancing client and advisor experiences, improving operational efficiency, and driving business growth in a dynamic and evolving market.

This role is going to be mandated in all markets as part of their 2025 DBTS target operating model in alignment with the direction of Regional Office.

Align organizational strategy and OKRs with value streams and platforms to achieve planned business resultsDrive Agile mindset adoption and awareness for broader impactFocus on improving Speed to Value to accelerate impact to Clients and AdvisorsContinually improve the maturity (GMM) and capability of teams adopting AgileDrive adoption of new tools and technology to boost productivity 

The Head of Agile Transformation must be able to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, develop creative solutions, and effectively manage risks and uncertainties. Examples include navigating organizational resistance to change, integrating new technologies into existing systems, and managing conflicting stakeholder expectations.

Involvement in risk management related to transformation initiatives:

The job requires "solving complex and interdependent problems" and "effectively managing risks and uncertainties."As part of leading the transformation roadmap development, the role would involve identifying and mitigating risks associated with major change initiatives.The change management responsibility would include addressing risks related to organizational resistance and adoption of new practices.In driving Agile transformation, the role would need to manage risks associated with changing established processes and ways of working.
