Head of Amazon
**Job Description** We are looking for a strategic **Head of Amazon** to join our team to lead, drive and manage all aspects of the company’s Amazon sales channels. In this position, you will develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimize sales performance, profitability, enhance brand presence, and ensure a seamless customer experience across these platforms. This position reports to the **CEO** with direct connected line to platform **Presidents** and is based out of Providence, Rhode Island. **As the Head of Amazon, you will have the opportunity to:** + Develop, implement, and execute a robust strategy for Amazon to drive revenue growth and market share. + Establish and oversee relationships with the Amazon Vice President, vendor manager (VM), and essential stakeholders to maximize resources and effectively propel initiatives forward. + Manage and drive Amazon managerial P and L for Revelyst, working with platform and commercial leadership. + Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. + Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business goals. + Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing amazon team across the platforms. + Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and customer engagement. + Lead and oversee product listings, pricing strategies, inventory management, and promotional activities on Amazon. + Collaborate with the platform marketing teams on marketing plans and performance marketing KPI’s. + Develop and manage budgets for Amazon, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability. + Analyze financial performance, performance metrics, sales data, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. + In concert with platform teams to ensure a long-tail strategy, vast assortment, and pre-orders. + Create high-quality assets and engaging content in concert with platform digital studio teams. + Oversee the Revelyst.com site and strategy in collaboration with platform DTC teams. **You have:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). + Minimum of 10 years’ experience with Amazon and DTC channels. + Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in a leadership role. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a prominent level of adaptability. **Pay Range:** The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
