We are looking for a talented and motivated Head of Biomanufacturing Drug Substances Compliance to join our Belgium Biomanufacturing Operations Center in Braine-L’Alleud, Belgium.

About the role :
As a Head of Biomanufacturing Compliance, your primary responsibilities include managing the compliance team, continuously evaluating and updating business processes to ensure regulatory compliance, supporting projects and investigations, and promoting operational excellence. You also enhance safety and green practices, oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, manage training matrices, and interface with operational excellence and health, safety and environment departments.

Operations: ensure compliance with business processes, support departmental improvements, and manage audits. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teamsHealth, safety and environment: promote a safe working environment and liaise with the HSE (health, safety, environment) department to implement safety policiesManagement: inspire and develop your team through training, coaching, and clear communication of objectives. Foster teamwork and manage conflicts effectivelyStrategy: align departmental goals with the company’s mission and vision, and define the compliance team’s directionFinance: oversee and report on operational excellence project savings
