Head of Broiler Technical Services
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Directs and coordinates broiler operations for the entire Company to ensure the delivery of a quality product.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Manages broiler contracts to ensure maximum quality and services.
+ Maintains budgets for live costs.
+ Directs programs for growing broilers for all contract broiler producers.
+ Ensures that each business unit meets the daily demand for Live Operations, as it relates to performance and cost issues.
+ Establishes programs to help drive performance for personnel and contractors.
EXPERIENCE:
+ Typically requires 8-10 years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience in poultry grow-out operations.
+ 8-10years experience supervising others.
+ Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).M-Tech experience preferred.
+ Strong communication skills.
EDUCATION:
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION: Current driver's license and good driving record.
