Hire Resolve is a leading global recruitment agency specializing in various industries. We are currently seeking a Head of Business Development for a solar energy company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve company goals and objectives Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients and partners Develop and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders Manage the business development team and provide guidance and support Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities Monitor and report on business development activities and performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field Proven track record in business development Demonstrable experience in construction contracts Strong network and connections in the industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners Strategic thinking and analytical abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Results-oriented and self-motivated Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel as required Benefits:
