The ideal candidate will design and implement transformative Business Excellence strategies aligned with corporate objectives. As the Head of Business Excellence, you will champion change across departments, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and drive outstanding performance and development. You will be directly reporting to Specialized Nutrition Director and leading 8 direct Danoners.

 

Be responsible from the following requirements:

 

Business Strategy & Transformation

*Design and implement Business Excellence strategies to drive corporate success and innovation.

*Provide guidance and support in the commercial space to anticipate, identify, and accelerate the adoption of new and competitive commercial models.

*Lead strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, agility, and overall performance.

*Partner with senior leadership to foster a culture of commercial excellence and continuous improvement.

 

Process Improvement & Development

*Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for success.

*Lead the design and implementation of organization-wide learning and capability-building programs to ensure the team has the skills and capabilities needed for long-term success.

 

 Digital & Innovation Excellence

*Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of new tools and platforms, to enhance business operations.

*Identify emerging industry trends and develop innovative solutions to address business challenges.

 

Performance Management & Business Insights

*Develop frameworks to measure and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

*Provide actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.

*Establish robust governance models for business performance tracking and decision-making.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration & Change Management

*Collaborate closely with commercial, supply chain, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to align efforts and achieve shared objectives.

*Lead change management initiatives to ensure the smooth adoption of new processes and ways of working.

*Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across all departments.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.10+ years of experience in business excellence, operational improvement, or strategy roles in the pharma/healthcare industry (Omnichannel management experience is preferred)Proven track-record of P&L and commercial management responsibility.Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale change programs.Strong understanding of digital trends, technology platforms, and innovative solutions.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Results-driven and delivery-focused approach.Familiarity with market dynamics in the pharmaceutical industry.Fluency in English

You could design your own way of working with our hybrid working model.  

Our head office is in Ataşehir. 

You could decide your daily 8-hours of working period within our flexible-working hours practice.  

We know that you will have home expenses during home office days. So, Danone supports you for your expenses with an allowance as well! 

Summers are flexible here! You could work fully remote for 4 weeks during July and August.  

We also enjoy Fridays during summer period between July and August by finishing our works by 15:00 and enjoy the rest of the day and starting the weekend earlier.
