This role involves the implementation of organisation-wide integrity strategies, programs, and systems, with a focus on managing associated risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the execution and continous improvement of integrity strategies within diverse environments, demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing ethical practices and regulatory compliance at all levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement group wide business integrity compliance framework, identify areas for continuous improvement and enhancement of strategies, programs, systems and processesServe as the primary contact of business integrity for the Senior Leadership Team and provide leadership for the group business integrity teamPrioritise multiple projects and responsibilities, efficiently and effectively deliver high performing programs, while maintaining positive collaborative relations with various senior stakeholdersAdvise business leaders on ethics and compliance matters and support decision-making.
