Requirements:
A degree in Management, or Industrial Engineering.At least seven years of work experience in a related field.Familiarity with job analysis.Proficient in interpreting labor and social security laws.Proficient in preparing and drafting contracts.Proficient in the principles of supervision and management skills.Proficient in human resources management.
