This position will be onsite and located at our HQ in San Diego, CA. Remote or Hybrid is not available for this role.Axos is looking for a VP+ level Head of Clearing Software Development. As our technology leader for Securities in this growing, dynamic firm you will provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. This role will be part of the firm’s Leadership Team, driving the vision and growth of the firm. Drawing on your strong foundation in financial services, you will provide oversight and support to Axos teams in developing and driving strategic and tactical planning to support our platforms. Bachelor's degree with senior technology leadership experience within financial services.
