What You'll Contribute The Head of College Search will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of College Search marketplace. This role will be focused on driving top line revenue, member engagement, school acquisition, and overall ROI for the consumer and business facing marketplace. What You'll Do **Description** **% of Time Spent** + Define and prioritize the overall product roadmap for the consumer and business aspects of College Search. Ensure prioritization and investment meets the overall objectives of College Search and ultimately Education Services. 30% + Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders; including executives, developers, engineering, sales, and the go to market team to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle and go-to-market opportunities.20% + Establish & accountable for College Search business & product metrics. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to the executive team on revenue, engagement, product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.20% + Work closely with the go-to-market and sales teams to develop strategies that drive product adoption, revenue growth, engagement, and retention. 30% _The above information is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this job; it is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees in this role._ What You Have Minimum education, skills and experience required. + Proven track record of bringing product to market and scaling revenue. + Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product strategies and plans. + Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing product management teams. Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members. + Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficient in using analytics tools and metrics to drive product performance and inform strategy. + Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals, drive product innovation, and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
