The Head of Commercial Effectiveness will be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of Incentives schemes, including Territory management. This role is essential for ensuring competitive and equitable compensation structures that drive performance and align with organizational goals. You will be tasked with providing insights, analytics, and best practices to optimize sales force effectiveness, marketing strategies, and overall commercial operations. This role can be based within APAC region.
Your Role:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Promote collaboration among sales, marketing, finance, and other relevant stakeholders to develop a cohesive approach to market challenges and opportunities. This team will provide insights and recommendations for designing incentive programs that motivate and reward high performance as partners within the APAC region.Consultancy Services: Provide consultancy on regional execution topics, leading initiatives such as Territory Management incentives, forecast accuracy, and other key areas for continuous improvement.Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.Best Practices Adoption: Champion the adoption of best practices in sales force effectiveness through effective training, tools, and processes from other region or markets.Performance Measurement: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of commercial initiatives.Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the commercial team.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and internal policies.Who You Are:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management or related fields.At least 10 years' experience in a commercial or sales related roles, such as business process, sales process / CRM Role to facilitate different options conflicts. Proven experience in commercial effectiveness, sales operations, or related roles.Proficient in Salesforce, CRM systems and analytic tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Excellent stakeholder management abilities.Adaptable to changing market conditions, stakeholder needs, and team dynamics, ensuring projects stay on track and objectives are achieved.Solutions-oriented mindset for identifying challenges quickly and implementing effective resolution strategies.Skilled in conveying ideas persuasively, actively listening to clients and colleagues, and fostering collaboration among team members.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to understand the emotions and motivations of others to build strong relationships, manage conflicts, and create a positive work environment.Capable of navigating failures and unexpected challenges while maintaining focus and drive towards achieving goals.
