Job DescriptionYour tasks will include the following activities:
Leading a department responsible for the design, standardization and continuous improvement of the entity’s Compliance Management System (CMS) and ProgramReduce the company’s exposure to compliance risks through risk assessment, state of the art policies, processes and systems as well as tailorized compliance measures.Responsibility for the Compliance training, culture and communication programEnhance effectiveness and quality through standardization and digitization of processes, stringent implementation of artificial intelligence and other means of tech-driven innovation especially in the LegalTech area.Taking the lead for internal and external audits and certifications of the Compliance departmentSupport the Chief Compliance Officer in relevant reporting tasksQualificationsAcademic Degree in Law, Business Administration or comparable qualificationProfessional experience in the field of design and auditing of compliance management systemsProject management experience in an international contextVery good handling with MS Office softwareBusiness fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)Good communication skills and strong team player mentalityIntercultural competencePassion for project management processes and systemsWillingness to travelApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
