This is a hybrid position in our Issaquah, WA or Palo Alto, CA office.

Your Role: 

Partner with training leads in the franchises and regions to standardize the learning journey of teams globally. Develop a comprehensive global training and education plan to strengthen capabilities of sales and clinical teams in the areas of selling skills, clinical knowledge, product knowledge and tools/resources available to support customer discussions.Assess knowledge gaps in field teams and work with appropriate teams to develop training initiatives and programs to address, continuously measuring effectiveness and improving to sustain comprehension, application and competence. Evaluate training curricula and work with training teams to keep programs current and relevant.Determine best platform for housing, delivering and measuring training efforts of direct and indirect teams.Provide training content to Siemens Healthineers Multimodality and Enterprise Sales teams to ensure knowledge of latest ultrasound solutions.




 Your Expertise: 

Experience developing and delivering trainings, managing complex meetings, and managing vendors and budget. Knowledge of selling in the hospital environment including how to address clinical and economic decision makers. Experience with adult education training along with the ability to use a blended learning approach to support adult learning. Knowledge of sales and clinical teams, management and tactical implementation Experience with curriculum design, presentation design, and delivery Experience with learning management systems

Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:

Master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.Minimum of 10 years of experience in the medtech environment.

Ability to keep others regularly informed of decisions, changes, objections, budgets andpriorities; effectively communicate updates on projects to management Ability to effectively lead virtual training using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Connect Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and delegate occasionally to keep the team moving toward completion of their goals in order to produce the desired result within timelines Leadership, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.Willing to travel, both national and international, up to 40%

The pay range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.
