Location:
The Head of Customer Supply Management is a remote position within the United State with preferred location in Carlsbad, CA or Allentown, PA. Domestic and international travel is required to support business needs.
Your Role:
As the Head of Customer Supply Management for EMD Electronics' Semiconductor business, you will optimize the value chain and enhance relationships with strategic customers. In this central role within the Customer Fulfillment organization, you will lead global project managers focused on fostering supply chain collaboration and delivering key supply projects related to fab expansions. Your efforts will drive continuous improvements to proactively address supply risks across the global customer supply chain. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee strategic customer projects that coordinate activities across business units and functions to fulfill customer requirements.Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across diverse business units, functions, and regions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Collaborate closely with Key Account teams, Supply Chain and Customer Fulfillment teams to deliver timely resolutions, proactively escalating critical issues as necessary. Promote consistent supply strategies across EMD Electronics Semiconductor businesses. Oversee customer expansion, ramp-up, and supply risks for our strategic customers to proactively identify structural gaps and guide Customer Supply Managers in developing solutions while ensuring accountability across functions. Serve as the escalation point for extraordinary supply risks affecting strategic customers. Drive tool-supported data analysis to identify patterns and systemic issues to enable pro-active supply risks mitigation and monitoring of customer agreements. Enhance the development of customer supply management capabilities to further develop a competitive advantage for our strategic customers.
Who you are:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain or related area plus 8+ years experience in Supply Chain roles, including Customer Service, Material Planning, Logistics or Commercial role within the Semiconductor industry or equivalent industry.OR
Masters degree in Business, Supply Chain or related area plus 6+ years experience in Supply Chain roles, including Customer Service, Material Planning, Logistics or Commercial role within the Semiconductor industry or equivalent industry.Demonstrated experience in managing teams in a client-facing or project-driven environment.Cross-functional expertise related to Customer Fulfillment, Supply Chain Planning and Execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management CertificationDemonstrated independence, assertiveness, and the ability to make fact-based decisions quickly and confidently. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction and teamwork across departments, locations worldwide, and with external customers.
Pay Range for this position: $165,400 to $248,200
Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data.
