The **Time Zone** **Sales Leader for** **Azure** **Data & AI** **in** **the** **Small & Mid-Sized Business** **(** **SM** **B** **)** **segment** is accountable to drive business performance of Azure Data & AI workloads through strong collaboration and sales leadership across the time zone that they are leading. We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader who can coach other sales and partner leaders in the field organizations to execute on sales strategy while creating a strong voice of the customer and field feedback loop​. Having the capability to lead scale across large, global sales teams and have strong familiarity with Microsoft solutions, our Partner and Channel Ecosystem, and the ability to orchestrate across the company and partners. Core to the role is creating and leading transformation & growth plans, strategic planning, systems thinking and focusing on top customer and partner opportunities to accelerate growth and increase market share of the Azure Data & AI business across the time zone. **Responsibilities** + Leader and the single voice of the Data & AI Commercial Solution Area in SMB for the Time Zone. + SMB business leadership: Partner with field SMB Sales leads to develop and land cross-engine sales execution plan. Drive solution play execution plan across engines aligned to revenue accountability, stakeholder interlock on the right partners and resources + Shape Business Performance: performance insights, forecast coaching, rhythm of the business (RoB) with stakeholders on accelerating growth and get-to-green plans. ​ + Make the market for Microsoft: Accelerate market demand by sponsoring and coaching market making top SMB wins by orchestrating key resources from across the company + SMB Voice of customer and partner: Deliver time zone market insights, drive specific top deal escalation. ​Consolidate field feedback to identify top sales, business & product blockers and opportunities, lead their resolution with the Corporate teams. + Coaching: Through established rhythm coach/advise on growth bets, understand sales blockers, and accelerate top deals, collaborating with local Sales and Partner teams + Partner Performance: Assess top partner performance, define correction, partner with field Partner (GPS)Leads and Sales Enablement & Operations Leaders to adjust programs and offers.​ + Partner Engagement & Acceleration: in partnership with field GPS teams identify top partners for the Data & AI solution area and engage with them to accelerate growth **Qualifications** **Required/Minimum Qualifications** + 15+ years technology-related sales or account management experience + OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field AND 10+ years technology-related sales or account management experience. **Additional or Preferred Qualifications** + 10+ years senior technical sales leadership experience in cloud services growth preferably in Data & AI + 5+ years leadership in a scale business, including experience of channel leverage & leadership + 5+ years people management experience, including managing high performance sales and technical-specialist teams, coaching solution specialist and account development strategies, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
