Position Overview‌: The Head of Data Excellence is responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive data management system, ensuring data quality, driving data-driven decision-making, and leading a data team to achieve business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of data governance, data architecture, data security, and data privacy, as well as the ability to lead and manage a diverse team of data professionals.

 

Your role:

Develop and maintain the Data Management System and establish data standards and specifications to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.Lead the team in monitoring data quality, resolving data quality issues in a timely manner, meanwhile, to keep improving data quality to enhance data reliability and usability.Drive data visualization integration by leveraging data analysis tools and techniques for better business decision efficiency and effectiveness.Explore the opportunity or suitable platform/tool in forecast model to fulfil business needs on a timely & accurate forecast  Collaborate closely with BU, GMA, FFE & MR/BI team etc., to promote the application and value realization of data in business.Serve as an expert in the data field, providing data consultation and advice to other department.

Who you are:

Bachelor degree or above with background in computer or data preferred.

At least 10 years experience in MNC pharmaceutical company, people manager background preferredProven experience in data management, data governance, or a related field.Deep knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, as well as data management systems.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
