You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our business intelligence solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders, to deliver actionable insights and reports that drive business decisions. Your expertise in BI tools, data modeling, and ETL processes will be critical in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of our BI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, including data warehouses, dashboards, and reports.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.Create and maintain data models, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.Develop and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions to ensure fast and reliable access to data.Mentor and guide junior BI developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in BI technologies and best practices.Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of BI solutions with existing systems.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence development, with a strong focus on data modeling, ETL processes, and BI tools.Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or Metabase.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.Experience with ETL tools and processes, including tools such as SSIS, Informatica, or Talend.Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).Knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Python, R, or Java is a plus.

Knowledge of data visualization best practices and principles.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Understanding machine learning and predictive analytics concepts.Certification in BI tools or data-related fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist) is a plus.
