Head of Delivery Business Operations role profile to provide support to responsible colleagues, teams, and ensure appropriate follow-ups in Delivery/ Business Operations areas below:
Delivery/ Business Operations Governance (incl. reporting) e.g. Delivery Monthly Internal Reviews / Account reviews etc Management of SWAT teams to resolve critical issues GDC engagement and escalations support Delivery/ Business Planning (Financial performance, Workforce, MTP) facilitation with Delivery Fin Partner Delivery/ Business Data Management (including Tooling) leading Data-Driven environment and developing it (Qlik, etc) Delivery Organization Structure, Design and Maintenance together with HR BP Drive Delivery Communications together with Delivery EX Lead and HR BP Delivery Risk Management (Kiken) facilitation (accounts, general Delivery risks) Delivery Workforce management (People Boards, EX, Tooling – mobile app) together with Delivery EX Lead, HR BP Global/ Europe/WE Fujitsu Initiative & Tooling (e.g. Tenken, VMWare licenses, CME / Cyclops, Emergency Security Program, Procurement initiatives) Local In-Country Improvement Initiatives & Tooling (Approach and deployment) Business Continuity & Security together with Maxime & Katia Ensure delivery compliance to Security policies. Develop our complement security policies based on local requirements. Lead Delivery response to security incidents. Compliance leading from Delivery the achievement of certifications (ISO27K, ENS, etc) Lead security related programs SPOC for all Security request
