We are now looking for Head of Demand Management at Group Supply MNEA. The position is part of the Group Supply MNEA leadership team, reporting to Head of Group Supply MNEA.

As the Head of Head of Demand Management, you will drive close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, strengthen demand sense and shape, ensure smart product substitution, increase forecast accuracy, eliminate risk exposure, and reduce waste. With proper preparation of supply chain, Group Supply MNEA will achieve predictable and cost-effective deliver for customers and Ericsson.

What you will do Ensure a best-in-class S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders from Business Area / Group Supply, Market Area / Customer Units, and customers.Drive demand sensing and shaping through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the highest possible forecast accuracy, predictable deliveries at the committed service level, and minimal risk exposure to customers and Ericsson.Standardize and simplify the product portfolio while leveraging it effectively, coordinate product substitutions in collaboration with CU Supply, Business Area, Market Area, Customer Units, and customers.Build a winning team equipped with Group Supply critical skills, a strong will to succeed, and a mindset fueled by imagination and innovation.You will bring Courageous leadership, providing clear direction and setting appropriate standards of behavior through professionalism, respect, perseverance, and integrity. Strong understanding and comprehensive knowledge of the market, business landscape, and customer dynamics.Relevant academical background, demonstrated ability with 5+ years of experience in a global Supply Chain environment.Strategic thinking and critical thinking to manage complexities under VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) situation.Attitude that embraces innovation, change and inclusion. 3+ years of experience as Line Manager is preferred.
