About the Role 
As our Head of Digital Marketing, you will lead and shape our digital marketing strategy to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement across all online platforms. This senior role requires strategic vision, data-driven decision-making, and expertise in managing cross-functional teams and campaigns. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Strategy teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall company objectives. 

Responsibilities 

Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and our commercial websites. 

Buyer Journey Optimization: Map and enhance the digital buyer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from awareness to conversion. Leverage analytics to identify drop-off points and implement strategies to address them. 

Content Strategy Development: Define and implement a content strategy tailored to different stages of the buyer journey, leveraging blogs, videos, infographics, whitepapers, case studies, and more. 

Performance Analytics: Analyse digital campaign performance with a laser focus on SEO / SEM optimisation, social media impact, website journeys, drop-offs and conversion. 

Social Media Leadership: Strategically manage the company’s presence across social platforms, driving engagement, expanding audience reach and measuring impact on brand awareness and sentiment. 

AI-Driven Opportunities: Evaluate emerging AI technologies and their potential to enhance marketing efforts, such as predictive analytics, personalization engines, chatbots, and content creation tools. 

 

Requirements 

Proven track record of leading successful digital marketing strategies and teams. 

Proven experience in driving organic and paid search marketing to deliver improved performance 

Expertise in deploying a diverse range of analytics and customisation tools across commercial websites, product websites, social and video media. 

Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. 

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. 

Demonstrable interest and commitment to learning in digital marketing, AI, and emerging technologies. 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
