Authority holder for the new product line, incorporating multiple existing Chubb lines of business. (P&C underwriting skill set minimum requirement) Support new business development both technology and conventional process initiated Analyze Small Commercial market trends and develop strategies and new product development initiatives Responsibility for delivering and executing annual plans and regular forecasts in conjunction with Finance  Implement Digital platform/s to provide transactional capability across the full policy lifecycle Leader of product development and distribution (new and renewal) Manage the relationships with external distribution partners and the IDP team Manage underwriting audit and peer review process, including conducting reviews Portfolio Management (including establishing agile portfolio review process) Monitor wording integrity in line with Product Board guidance Responsibility for the implementation of the Digital Underwriting Strategy Experience with IT or Digital platform development & implementation in the insurance industry Good relationship skills and experience working with multiple channels of distribution Must have leadership and organizational skills through past management experience.
