Head of Digital Marketing (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to join our team at Endress+Hauser Group Services. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in shaping and optimizing our Marketing Automation landscape, drive impactful campaigns, and inspire cross-functional collaboration across our global organization.

As the Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll be a vital part of our corporate structure, working with marketing, sales, IT, and external agencies. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Marketing Communication, you’ll ensure marketing automation excellence that directly impacts awareness, lead generation, and lead nurturing strategies on a global scale.

 

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:

Lead and manage the Digital Marketing Team, ensuring optimal processes, tools, and strategies. Take on disciplinary leadership responsibilities, including employee appraisals and development. Continuously develop the Group's Marketing Automation solution Oracle Eloqua, integrating Salesforce (C-360) and closed-loop reporting. Act as Corporate Process Manager for Generate and Assess Leads (including campaign development and execution). Coordinate the development and rollout of global campaigns, managing closed-loop reporting to demonstrate business impact. Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with agency partners to optimize campaign performance. Establish best practices for integrated digital marketing, working with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and IT. Train and consult Marketing & Communication experts on tools, processes, and complementary digital marketing methods (e.g., inbound marketing, SEM, social media).

 

What do we expect from you?
You:

Have 5+ years of experience in marketing communication, with a strong background in Marketing Automation and CRM in an international environment. Bring leadership experience as a department manager or project lead and possess strong networking and interpersonal skills. Are customer-focused, with a solid understanding of integrated communication and a sales-driven mindset. Have a strong affinity for IT tools and interfaces. Expert user of Oracle Eloqua and Insight reporting application. Experience in application development and integration with Oracle Eloqua. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM. Proficiency in content management tools like Censhare. Experience with database integrations (e.g., Eloqua with Salesforce). Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Mapp Analytics, Google Analytics). Are fluent in English.

 

Nice to have:

CRM development experience preferred. Working proficiency in German.
