Kforce is working with a growing Healthcare Tech Firm (full expansion mode) that is seeking a Head of Engineering- .NET/Native Mobile in White Plains, NY. Job Duties & Responsibilities: * Responsible for driving all aspects of engineering across application development, data/analytics, integration, and quality; Direct and oversee internal and outsourced engineering teams for optimal on-time and under-budget delivery * Design and build an integration engine that operates like a -power-strip- with internal and external systems and data sources - seamless data sharing and robust governance in tandem with robust information management and business intelligence delivery within our environment * Implement agile processes and delivery schedules to meet team performance metrics * Collaborate with stakeholders to establish technical and features roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives, from design to release * Manage development of data-driven insights and business intelligence tools to support informed decision-making * Oversee engineering teams, project workflows, hiring and training new team members. Manage external technical resources * Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and technical documentation * Oversee the evaluation of business needs, defining functional requirements, technical specifications, and coding of secure, efficient solutions and enhancements * Establish and maintain software quality standards, perform functionality testing, and monitor performance across systems * Act as the primary contact for software-related items * Facilitate testing and debugging for system integration among firmware, software, and related components * Performs such other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Product & Technology Officer at his discretion from time to time
