We are looking for a head of Ethics & Business Integrity Intercontinental and Partnerships  who is passionate, proactive, and collaborative to join us in our E&BI team for the intercontinental region, based in our Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.

 

About the role

As a Regional Ethics & Compliance Lead, you will work closely with the regional and local business teams covering Canada, Turkey, Brazil, and Mexico to drive the integration of ethics cutlure and compliance principle into their operations. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing compliance strategies and initiatives, managing compliance risks, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, industry codes, and company policies.

 

Who you’ll work with

You will be working in a dynamic and diverse team, engaging with local leadership teams, assigned business functions, and various global and intercontinental E&BI professionals. You will collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to maintain a high standard of ethical conduct and build a culture of integrity across the organization.

 

What you’ll do

Serve as the primary contact of E&BI for the assigned regions.Develop and localize compliance programs based on risk assessments.Advise business leaders on ethics and compliance matters and support decision-making.Conduct compliance training, education, and awareness sessions for internal and external partners.Collaborate with internal audit teams on audits and compliance monitoring.Promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability throughout the organization.

 

Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare law compliance, preferably in a multinational pharma company. Experience in one or more of the countries in scope here would be preferredStrong knowledge of local regulations, industry codes, and global compliance standards.Proven ability to develop and implement compliance strategies in a multicultural environment.Experience in team management and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.Proficiency in English and the local language, with excellent communication skills.Strong ethical mindset and the ability to serve as a trusted compliance advisor to the business.
