If so, we want you to join our team as a ‘Skechers Head of Finance Change’
The role will be to act as the primary point of contact for coordinating cross-functional efforts within the EMEA finance teams and with our US counterparts. To oversee the implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud across EMEA countries, ensuring that the system meets the statutory, GAAP, and mandatory reporting requirements for each region.
You will also ensure the end-to-end testing, validation of Oracle ERP Cloud system for all EMEA countries is completed. Prepare and present concise weekly status updates to the VP of Finance EMEA and Country Controllers. Provide pragmatic and actionable solutions to address project challenges, maintaining a calm and resilient approach. Finally, you will give hands-on assistance during the hyper-care phase post-go-live to address issues and ensure the system is stabilised.

This role is office based in our St Albans Head Office
What we’re looking for:
10+ years of experience in FinanceIndustry experience in retail, consumer products and/or manufacturing.Experience and proven track record in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementations, development of automated processes, particularly in a global or EMEA setting.Familiarity with Jira for defect documentation and tracking.Experience working within a subsidiary of a US parent company, with knowledge of US GAAP and related reporting requirements.Highly organised and detail-oriented self-starter, able to multi-task and prioritise in a dynamic environment.Strong project management skills with a proven ability to coordinate across multinational teams.Resilient and adaptable, with a solutions-focused mindset.Ability to effectively communicate complex issues clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.Strong collaboration and leadership skills to align teams across multiple levels.This role will potentially involve travel within the EMEA region to ensure smooth co-ordination across teams.
