Head of FP&A

TeamSnap is seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead our finance team. This individual will be a key player who will partner across the entire business and help shape TeamSnap’s strategic growth initiatives into the future. This role will report directly to the CFO, manage a team of two analysts and this role is fully remote. A great opportunity to make a difference and build valuable experience on a CFO career path. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the annual budgeting and long-range planning activities of the organizationDevelop regular forecasts with department heads that align with TeamSnap’s financial goals Prepare financial reports and analysis for monthly operating reviews Work with business leaders to further identify, report and analyze operational key performance indicators (KPI’s) that drive financial results in each line of businessPerform analysis and report on key performance indicators (KPI) for the overall businessManage bi-weekly sales pipeline and revenue reviews with sales, marketing & operations teamsForecast business performance and analyze leading indicators to provide insight and enable proactive business decisionsPrepare business cases to support investment decisions Prepare presentations for leadership team, Board of Directors and investorsContribute to and/or lead special projects and other ad hoc tasksHire, manage, motivate and develop FP&A team needed to support the businessOther duties as assignedRequirements10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related fieldBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; Masters Degree a plusHigh velocity public and/or VC/PE backed company experience; M&A experience a plus Demonstrated experience, willingness, and enthusiasm to build from the ground up and do whatever is needed. Expertise in building financial models to support multiple business needs. Superb Excel skills; proficient in database and ERP systems; Adaptive a plusData driven, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to understand all aspects of the organizations businessProven ability to develop collaborative relationships with all internal and external business partnersComfort in a remote work environmentStrong presenter with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, both orally and in writingOrganized, strategically focused, detail-orientedA positive, can-do attitude, discretion, and candor; adaptable and flexibleThrives on making a difference in a fast-paced environment and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of the companyGot cold feet?
