DescriptionAs the Head of HR you will be responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategies in close cooperation with the Head of Office, overseeing the HR operations, and ensuring compliance.

\nHere is a glimpse of what you will be doing:

\n·        Act as a Business Partner to the Head of Office and the senior leadership team, translating business strategy/needs into aligned HR plans and optimal HR solutions to achieve business goals.·        Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, employer branding, employee engagement, career development, succession planning, retention, training and leadership development, employee learning, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee wellbeing, and organization effectiveness.·        (Re)-design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, labour regulations, procedures, protocols, and guidelines, ensuring they are respected.·        Coordinate recruitment (sourcing, interviews, packages) and career management (objective setting, performance and salary reviews, promotion, exit protocols) of senior management for both operations and support teams.·        Act as an ambassador for an inspiring organizational culture and values, ensuring policies, practices, and job specifications reflect corporate values.·        Promote the Employer Value Proposition and employer brand through all social media used for recruitment.·        Manage the HR budget-setting process, HR budget spending, and monitor regular reporting.·        Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.·        Participate in meetings with the Staff Delegation.·        Supervise the automation of several HR processes.·        Ensure compliance with Luxembourg employment laws and regulations.·        Provide coaching leadership to assigned team members and actively monitor the achievement of objectives and KPIs through regular alignment, performance, and evaluation meetings.·        Support the team members in their development, encourage knowledge sharing, and nurture employees’ talents.·        Promote dialogue and input from each employee.·        Foster a positive, motivating, and collaborative work environment.

·        Proven experience in directing transformational change in a fast-paced dynamic environment.·        Strong operational delivery focus with in-depth knowledge of employment law and employee relations.·        Demonstrated emotional intelligence and successful people management experience.·        A forward thinking and bright personality with an intuitive, highly organized and strategic approach.

Minimum requirements:·        At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferable in a dynamic organization that has undergone cultural/digital change/transformation.  Experience gained in a professional services/consultancy environment is an asset.·        Excellent command of written and spoken English and good working knowledge of French.
·        Proficiency in MS Office.
