The Edinburg Center has an exciting leadership opportunity for a dynamic seasoned HR professional with a passion and commitment to diversity to lead the development of our people and culture in the human services profession. Your education and experience should include: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in related field strongly preferred Minimum of 7-10 years of HR management/business partner experience required (healthcare or human services HR experience is a plus) with at least 5 years of experience managing a team Strong background in employee relations handling challenging workplace situations Collective bargaining and experience working with a unionized workforce is highly desirable Experience with current recruitment best practices Experience with coordination of and facilitation of management development and training programs Knowledge of ADP or comparable HRIS is required PHR; SPHR certification is preferred Strong technical, reporting and analytic skills highly desirable Who We Are: A dedicated team of professionals who have chosen to join an organization with a forty year history of serving people with mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injury and autism in the community. At work, we are psychiatrists, social workers, clinicians, nurses, behavior specialists, peer specialists, board certified behavior analysts, direct service staff and employment specialists.
