We are looking for a manager to lead our Infrastructure Security team, a group of highly skilled and experienced professionals who provide contributes to the company internal digital transformation, evolving the adoption of security capabilities at infrastructure level (i.e. Network, host and Cloud) enable strong security prevention, detection and response of cyber threats.

As the manager, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Security infrastructure related to Zero Trust approach in Hybrid environment. You will also lead the team, ensure regular training, and promote a culture of creativity, teamwork, and excellence.

What to expect

In this role you will:

Develop and implement the Team strategy, roadmap, and budget, aligning with the Global Security organization and company objectives.Assist in the deployment and configuration of the SASE architecture, including secure web gateways (SWG) zero-trust network access (ZTNA) and data loss prevention (DLP).Be the trusted and main point of contact for Infrastructure security matters Drive implementation of new cybersecurity initiatives to enhance prevention, detection and investigation capabilities. Provide key expertise and input to guide the security roadmap for future enhancements of our defenses. Evaluate and integrate new security solutions in the existing infrastructure.Support operational teams maintaining security infrastructure (intrusion detection, remote access security, email & web security, anti-malware, etc.).Proven experience in defining and implementing security requirements for cloud platforms.Experience with cloud security tools and technologies such as AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, or Google Cloud Security Command CenterEnsure the team delivers high-quality and impactful engagements that meet or exceed our company’s expectations aligned to industry standards.Lead and manage the staff, including hiring, performance management, career development, and retentionEstablish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including senior management, platform and engineering teamsConvey complex technical security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences including executive.

What will make you successful?

We are seeking professionals with:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years of experience in leading and managing cybersecurity teamsBe deep on the technical side while being able to synthesize the information with right level of abstraction for the target audience. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse and dedicated teamExcellent customer service, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality and impactful results under pressure and tight deadlinesProven track record of developing and executing successful roadmaps, and budgets, and achieving the goals and objectives that drive overall risk reduction

Certifications:

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, CISM, GIAC, CCIE, CEH, CRISC, C-CISO
