The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Markets (SSGM). What you will be responsible for

Develop and execute strategic initiatives for the Global Markets Research platform, including the client-facing Insights portal and the internal-only Insights Lab domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needsOversee the development, innovation, and continuous improvement of the platform, integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhance functionality and user experienceAct as the primary liaison between the technology team, research experts, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, project alignment, and timely deliveryPartner with internal teams and subject area experts to identify market trends, client demands, and business opportunitiesLead, mentor, and manage an interdisciplinary team of experts in quantitative and product/design specialties, fostering an innovative and productive high-performance cultureDrive innovation within the research platform to maintain a competitive edge, ensuring the delivery of differentiated productsMaintain and effectively use internal business analytics to drive conversations with senior business representatives and salespeople about increased client engagement and successEnsure clear information sharing and promotion of new features, and ensure platform operations and developments comply with all internal and external requirements

Education & Preferred Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Financial Services with a track record of managing research-related platforms or financial technology products preferredMaster’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related quantitative field preferredExpertise in product management and cross-functional collaboration, ideally including interfacing with technology teams in a financial services contextStrong familiarity with technology platforms, data management tools, detail-oriented data analytics methods, and software development processesDemonstrated ability to manage and motivate small teams in a results-driven environmentExceptional interpersonal and presentation skills together with the ability to solve problems creatively and win support from key stakeholders

Salary Range:

$170,000 - $282,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
