Head of Integration Services

Barry Callebaut Digital (BC Digital) is on a mission to lead the digital revolution in the chocolate industry, and we're looking for a Head of Integration Services to lay the foundation for an end-to-end connected value chain. Reporting directly to the VP Application Management, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our digital future based on best-in-class application integration. You will oversee our Integration Services team in the design, development, and maintenance of middleware solutions that facilitate seamless communication and data exchange between various systems and applications across Barry Callebaut.

 

 

        MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

Lead the Integration Services at Barry Callebaut, providing scalable, reliable, and secure integration solutions Develop and implement architecture blueprint for integration in line with the overall digital strategy Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of middleware solutions in line with business requirements Collaborate with business and application teams to design integration architectures that support business processes and objectives Establish integration standards, policies, and best practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards for data security and privacy Prioritize integration initiatives based on business value and steer the implementation of new solutions

           

            Key Requirements :- 

 

       Masters/ Graduate degree in IT/technology, computer science, engineering, or a comparable field.

Significant experience in leading integration teams, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex integration projects Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience of which 5+ years in managing multi-cultural, dispersed teams in senior roles Deep understanding of integration middleware and job scheduling technologies Ability to drive change in a collaborative way on a global scale Independent and self-driven personality Skills to create internal and external partnerships/networks across the organization Exhibits a passion for technology and innovation, constantly seeking new and creative solutions to enhance processes, decision-making and user experiences Embraces agile methodologies and flexible thinking to adapt to changing digital trends and business needs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning Puts a strong emphasis on teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across different levels of the organization and with external partners Possesses good communication skills, capable of complex strategies in a clear and persuasive manner to stakeholders at all levels, including non-technical audiences Demonstrates ability to analyze complex situations, identify critical issues, and make bold, strategic decisions to drive progress Inspires and motivates teams, encouraging innovation and ownership, while providing guidance and support to achieve high performance and meet transformation goals Maintains focus and composure in the face of setbacks, showing resilience and the ability to pivot strategies as necessary in response to new challenges and opportunities Champions diversity and inclusion, creating an environment where all team members feel valued and can contribute to their full potential, while adhering to high ethical standards in all decisions and actions
