Reporting directly to the Head of Brand and Communications in Marketing, you will lead the internal communications strategy for CSC at an enterprise level. Your work will help align employees with company goals, foster engagement, and enhance transparency across all levels of the organization. By connecting communications, strategy, change management initiatives, and employee experience, you will play a key role in ensuring that our workforce feels informed, inspired, and empowered.

This is a highly visible leadership role. You will work closely with executives, department heads, HR, change management experts, and other leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on a wide range of internal communication matters. This role is ideal for a communications leader who is passionate about building a strong, connected, and informed workforce in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

 

Some of the things you will be doing:

Develop and implement a global internal communications and engagement strategy that supports company-wide objectives, ensures alignment with our brand values, and fosters a sense of community and shared purpose across all departments. Provide strategic communications leadership for major enterprise initiatives, including organizational changes, leadership updates, business transformation programs, and employee engagement efforts. Provide strategic guidance and coaching to C-level executives on their communications, helping them refine messaging, enhance delivery, and ensure alignment with the company’s brand and business objectives across internal and external channels.  Partner closely with Human Resources teams to ensure communications are clear, compelling, and effectively support change initiatives and cultural transformation. Lead the creation and execution of a global communications calendar, including company-wide updates, executive town halls, newsletters, leadership messaging, and employee events. Ensure consistency and alignment in internal messaging, maintaining a unified voice that reflects the company’s mission, vision, and values across all internal channels. Enhance employee engagement by fostering two-way communication, implementing feedback mechanisms, and ensuring employees feel heard and valued. Advise senior leaders and department heads on best practices for internal communication, helping them deliver impactful and authentic messaging to their teams. Oversee internal digital communication platforms (e.g., Poppulo, intranet, employee apps, collaboration tools) and explore innovative ways to connect with employees globally. Manage internal crisis communications, working closely with leadership and the crisis response team to provide clear, timely, and effective messaging during critical situations. Support the delivery of enterprise-wide marketing and communications campaigns, ensuring alignment between external and internal messaging. Promote a culture of storytelling by identifying and amplifying employee success stories, business achievements, and initiatives that bring our values to life.

What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?

7-10 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a complex, global organization. Proven track record of developing and executing internal communication strategies that drive employee engagement and alignment. Experience leading communications for large-scale change programs, including business transformations, mergers, or cultural initiatives. Strong understanding of corporate communications, employee motivation, and change management principles. Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex messages for diverse audiences. Experience managing internal communications platforms (e.g., Poppulo, intranet solutions, digital collaboration tools). Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. Experience leading crisis communications efforts in a corporate environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Data-driven mindset, with experience measuring the effectiveness of internal communications and using insights to improve strategy.
