Head of Investment and Asset Management (48343-5)

Objectives of this role
· Collaborate with SVP, Operation and President in setting and driving organizational and divisional vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels
· Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
· Oversee Division operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met
· Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
· Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary
Responsibilities
· Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
· Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with SVP Operation and President
· Oversee divisional operations, and partner with President in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets
· Manage shareholder capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves its targets for growth and profitability
· Monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts
· Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, shareholders and other stakeholders
· Participating in research activities such as analyzing economic trends, industry developments, and company performance
Requirements & Qualifications
· 8+ years of experience with Commercial and Multi-Family assets
· 8+ years of experience in institutional real estate management
· Proven track record of success in Real Estate investment
· Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
· Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, preferably in an executive level or similar role.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build relationships with key stakeholders.
· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
· Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
· Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
· Financial (GAAP) Management knowledge
· Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
· Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
· Executive level communication
