Head of Invoicing and Cash Processes

ISS has opened the new offices in Poland, Warsaw and Gdansk, where you will join the Global Process Owners team. The team aims at global unification of processes that are currently diverse and served by different tools in multiple locations.

Main purpose for the position:

The Head of Invoicing & Cash sets vision, strategy, and performance objectives for the end-to-end process. The role is accountable for the process transformation and alignment towards the global standards, proposes and implement improvements, gathers and applies external best practices, and ensuring appropriate stakeholders are part of the planning, design and implementation process.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

Develops vision, strategy, policy and objectives for the global process. Owning the global standards on behalf of the business (process, compliance, controls, technology, data etc.). Drive process transformation and optimization to align to global standards. Monitors process effectiveness and efficiency across ISS using KPIs and external benchmarking. Drive continue improvement of the global standard incl. Year over Year efficiency realisation. Approve process changes, define functional requirements for system solutions and co-approve deviations to global standards. Supporting the global management team in implementing a process driven organization enabling effective and efficient processes and continuous improvement. Identify and nurture best practices within the global communities. Ensure key design/change is controlled and is approved by the Process Governance Board.

 

Professional Qualifications:

3-6 years of experience with process standardization, implementation of shared service,  process optimization or ERP implementation combined with operational experience. Preferably around 10 years of the overall experience in Invoicing and Cash area. It will be considered a plus if the candidate has experience with the whole OtC process from a service provider. Proven success in process improvement and has a holistic understanding of how to standardise and optimize processes, data and systems. Preferably around 3-5 years of work experience in a broad, cross-functional teams from various global locations.
 

Personal Qualifications:

Outstanding questioning, listening, and influencing abilities. Effective communicator at all levels, with strong relationship-building skills. Excellent written, and verbal communication and presentation skills in English. Experienced in leading team sessions and workshops, with a talent for coordinating diverse teams to achieve goals.

 

Reporting line:
Role reports to Head of Global Processes.
