Your Role Act as a trusted business advisor and sparring partner within the AP region with SHS IT colleagues and regional business and finance management.Manage business relationships for the Asia Pacific region.Oversee direct and indirect reports in the SHS IT AP BPM function; drive organizational maturity, competencies, and transparency across Asia Pacific through harmonized Demand Management tools, processes, and business engagement practices; actively promote talent development within/across the IT region.Actively enable, promote and support IT AP transformation, coaching and guiding the teams through change and transformation processes to achieve targeted breakthroughs and maturity levels Lead the IT communication team in Asia Pacific: Oversee and coordinate various communication activities such as Townhalls, end-user communication, trainings, and other regional/ global communication initiatives. Ensure alignment and collaboration with regional and global Communication-Owners and IT region heads.Further develop the IT compliance team for Asia Pacific. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies across various projects and Zones. Handle legal and data protection assessments, China MLPS evaluations, ITCCS Local Legal Assessment, etc. Global Partnership:  Foster and facilitate one global Healthineers IT Team with a common vision and shared commitment. Establish shared objectives to realize AP-specific requirements on global initiatives.  Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:Possesses the hard and soft skills to lead regional transformation and digitalization activities while aligning with the overall organization strategy. More than 10 years experience in global IT Management function and different IT areas (e.g. Business Partner Mgmt, Service Mgmt, as well as broad experience in project management); Experience and track record in successfully building and leading regionally optimized and globally integrated organizations; Extensive international leadership experience in Asia required; Track record in defining and executing strategic measures; proven ability to build trustful relationships and reliable networksMaster Degree in Information Technology is preferred or comparable degree,Management Trainings and application of measuresFinancial and entrepreneurial expertise
