Head of IT - Indonesia

Position Summary

 

The Head of IT Indonesia is responsible for the execution of Transformation, Change, Delivery and Run of IT Services towards Allianz Technology’s customers in Indonesia, developing and monitoring services and ensuring efficient delivery of local and global services towards the customer, on time, in budget and with quality.
 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Manages IT supply capabilities including planning, budgeting, resourcing, in line with Allianz Technology processes, aligning them with its customers’ planning cycles.  Provides end-to-end responsibility for Indonesia Production Support services towards the customer, encompassing both application and infrastructure. Prepares and handles all customer interactions on a management level; responsible for regular account meetings with the OEs and involvement of respective IT functions for programs and production issues, knowledgeable of all current and upcoming services, accountable for coordinating all delivery activities, ensuring service quality and adherence to the approved business case. Works with the regional Head of IT Asia by managing the relationship with designated OEs; escalates when needed; is the owner of the agenda and the planning between the OE and the CTO; tracks actuals against plan, coordinates corrective actions when needed; coordinates knowledge transfer between headquarter and other branches. Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Indonesia Core Insurance Platform and execution of GEARSHIFT Transformation program for Application Service transition. Responsible for customer P&L, i.e. Revenues and P&L of all AZ Technology services delivered to the OE along with other commercial activities such as approving and validating client contracts, providing financial status, and implementing systems for analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.

 

 

Job Requirements

 

Rapid and ambitious transformation agenda along with delivery of current services and strengthening of Allianz Technology’s existing capabilities will require the high competence in multi-tasking and prioritization. Asia Legal, Risk Management and Regulatory environment are diverse and require significant focus to ensure Allianz Technology can deliver appropriate services effectively from global operating models. Relationship with the key customer, AZAP (Allianz SE Asia), needs significant focus to nurture and maintain a trusting partnership especially as the GEARSHIFT transformation program progresses.
