Then come in and join our ASEAN team as Head of Laboratory Solutions (LS), Zone ASEAN to be responsible for driving profitable growth and increase market share of Diagnostics Lab Solutions business in the ASEAN countries.
The ASEAN leader will be responsible for strategy development, execution of the strategies, team management, Business Partner and P&L management for both Core Lab Solutions (CLS) and Specialty Lab Solutions (SLS) portfolio. He/she will develop the commercial plan for the Zone sales to strengthen the company's market position, drive accelerated revenue growth and improve customer intimacy and loyalty.
The Zone ASEAN Head of LS reports to Head of Lab Solutions Asia Pacific Japan (APJ); Direct reports include the LS Country Heads in ASEAN and Head of Marketing of ASEAN.
Your tasks and responsibilities:You will be responsible and accountable for strategy and business success of Lab Solutions in Zone ASEAN.You will develop and implement Zone ASEAN strategies, policies, procedures, and forecasts to guide the sales force and ensure that business objectives are being met in the Zone’s lab market.You will be responsible for driving business operational excellence: e.g., countries top line, pricing excellence, SG&A, COGS, Gross Profit etc.You will collaborate with customer service team closely within the Zone to improve customer satisfaction and enable successful retention and acquisition of new account.You will drive commercial effectiveness and CRM excellence, key Account management, and manage relationships with KOLs.You will develop and execute on the long-term strategic plans of the business.You will oversee strategic and operational risk management in the Zone ASEAN.You will develop and maintain the image of Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics as an industry leader. Ensure that regional management and marketing are promptly informed of all significant events, market opportunities and technical development within ASEAN.You will ensure business continuity and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of the business environments.You will recruit, develop, retain and inspire a high performing and engaged team.Desired Outcomes:Successful commercialization of new products and product platforms throughout the Zone.Increased market share. Accelerated profitable growth. Increased customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. High employee engagement, performing and developing team as well as succession management.

Your qualifications and experiences:You have at least 15 years’ experience and proved track records in commercial/ General Management roles.You have P&L experience of healthcare related MNCs with about EUR ~50 million revenue and manage across complex portfolios.You have experienced in leading diverse large teams across different countries.You have experienced in C-level customer interactions and government authorities.You are willing to travel within short notice.
