Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Head of Marketing: Purified Brands Portfolio, to join the Primo Brands Marketing organization based in Stamford, CT. The Head of the purified portfolio is responsible for creating the strategy and detailed go to market plans including marketing activation and aligned sales tactics for the billion dollar brand Pure Life as well as Primo Water and regional brand Sparkletts. This role will drive the positioning and strategy to ensure profitable growth for the purified portfolio including Renovation, Traditional Retail and the unique Refill, Exchange, and Home and Office Delivery Business.
Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
•Oversee the development and execution of the annual plans purified portfolio of brands. Plans to include full funnel tactics across all aspects of the marketing mix, including advertising, media, social, retail and consumer events to drive consumer awareness and profitable business growth.
•Drive cross functional alignment on the exchange and refill part of the primo business. Key connection with sales and Water Solutions to ensure the go to market plan supports the sales needs.
•Over-see the management of the internal and external agencies including, creative, PR, trade marketing and media agencies, to deliver break through brand creative that deliver against business objectives including volume/share growth and brand metrics.
•Drive the relationship of the cross-functional teams (insights, finance, sales, supply chain, water solutions) to develop and execute key business initiatives. This leadership position requires continual interactions with both internal and external business leaders to drive alignment of current plans and to ensure that the plans meet the overall business needs.
•Build a highly functioning team that includes 5 marketing professionals that drive consumer awareness, engagement, and purchase.
Key qualifications include:
•15+ years of marketing and brand management and CPG experience. MBA a plus.
•Budget planning and management a must with proven ability to multi-task and to manage multiple stakeholders and projects at once.
•Demonstrated knowledge of Insights and Analytics and business performance evaluation a must.
•Excellent verbal/written communication skills appropriate for different audiences.
