Head of Marketing (Remote)
Location: New York, New YorkJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $130,000 - 150,000 per yearWe are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies focused on expanding our brand presence in the ANZ and North American markets. The ideal candidate will bring extensive senior marketing experience, particularly in startup environments, and have a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies within the SaaS and Building/Construction industries. This role will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and growth goals. Brand Development: Lead efforts to enhance brand visibility and positioning in the ANZ and North American markets, ensuring a consistent brand presence across all touchpoints. Market Insights: Conduct research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation. Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and drive go-to-market strategies for new products and features, collaborating closely with IT/engineering, sales, and customer experience teams. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing, optimizing for maximum performance and ROI. Customer Growth: Lead initiatives to drive customer acquisition while enhancing retention and increasing customer lifetime value. Partnership Development: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships to expand industry presence and influence. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering growth and development. Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular performance updates and actionable insights to senior leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. At least 10 years of senior marketing leadership experience, ideally in a SaaS startup setting. Proven success in the prop tech or construction technology industries with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing go-to-market strategies for the ANZ and North American markets, including brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion, sales growth, competitive positioning, marketing ROI, customer engagement, and campaign optimization. Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to turn market insights into actionable business plans. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience in leading, managing, and developing high-performing marketing teams.
