Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead hospital strategy & key account management plan development and execution for national hospital listing for all Takeda products, under the umbrella of a holistic access strategy; delivery of hospital listing number based on the ‘target’ that is set at the beginning of the yearEnsure the good management on hospital capping issues on company’s products use;Ensure good price management on local level including bidding price, KA target hospital procurement prices, reimbursement prices, etc.Contribute to the development of company’s holistic strategy; Contribute to developing pricing strategies and plans for new launching product; Participate in the developing and implementing sales/marketing strategies and action plans.Establish productive, professional relationships with key decision makers and personnel in multiple functional areas in key hospitals/accounts.Demonstrate strong leadership and teaming skills for large and complex team. Coach the team and provide feedbacks, actively manage low contributors and recognize outstanding contributions. Create a positive performance climate.Work closely with BU Heads, Sales, Marketing, or Medical in order to get Takeda products listed, meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations. Calling on the same key accounts to optimize resource allocation and relationships.Utilize industry knowledge, an understanding of the key account’s business issues and of Takeda’s capabilities to provide value added solutions/offerings.Provide expert insight into national/local government healthcare and hospital related policies and manage opportunities & risks. Recognize opportunities for growth and implement strategies that will enhance short term and long term revenue.Lead and develop team members’ competencies and skills to meet performance expectation, which is the key to the team / company’s long term success.

Qualifications & Skills:

Level of Education

Bachelor degree or above.

Working Experience in Relevant Field

1+ years working experiences in pharmaceutical companies (6+ years at MNC), including 5+ years of or Key account management.Has successfully led a team of more than 50ppl.

Professional Knowledge and Skills

Strong sense in strategic thinking and planning.Market access/Key account l knowledge is preferred.Proven track record and pedigree across the discipline, ideally with well-established networks at a senior level.Experience formally and informally influencing geographically dispersed cross functional business units.Well-developed oral and written communication skills
