Head of NB EMEA

We're looking for a Head of New business (EMEA) in our team in London as part of our Sales function.

Your team: LIONS have merged our subscriptions businesses into one team and we need a commercial leader to run the new business team within EMEA for WARC, The Work and Contagious IQ. In this role you will be reporting to the Commercial Director. 

Your Role: You will be responsible for managing a team of business development managers who will sell the portfolio of products to brands, agencies and media owners. You will set the standard and expectation of the commercial team with targets and KPIs and deliver double digit growth for the business

Key Responsibilities 

Manage the end to end new business sales cycle with the team 

Report on financial forecast and pipeline of the 3 products 

Work with the team to coach and upskill sales conversations 

Drive conversion of inbound and outbound leads 

Work with teams to implement their sales plan 

Identify challenges and risks in the team performance and work through a solution to fix

You will be a connector, working hard to ensure people and projects are not inadvertently siloed or silenced

Your Experience

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills 

Ability to analyse market data and identify growth opportunities 

Experience using CRM systems 

Previous sales management 

Financial Forecasting 

Communication skills at all business levels 

Marketing industry knowledge
