Job DescriptionEnsuring uniform, global state of the art KPI definition, controlling and reporting concept for the Supplier NPM Management function.Observing and actively implementing changing framework conditions and requirements. Interfaces towards purchasing, processes and systems, IT, HUBs are of particular importance here.Governance over NPM-relevant KPIs and ensuring the integrity of the results. This includes the official quality targets, their breakdown into organizational units, and ensuring compliance-conform measurement and presentation.Professional and disciplinary leadership of 6 employees in Germany and Romania. The team is responsible for global, comprehensive controlling and reporting for NPM, as well as continuous system and process improvement in the area of reported KPIs.Representing purchasing controlling in the management of the NPM organization in focusing on Continental Automotive controlling methods and needs.Further development and implementation of the existing NPM controlling and reporting landscape along the defined data analytics strategy of purchasing.Leading role in the development, definition and integration of the roadmap of Purchasing NPM Controlling in the Automotive environment.QualificationsAcademic degree in the field of economics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience and in-depth expertise in controlling/reportingVery good understanding of business processes in purchasing and supplier qualityIn depth knowledge of the global automotive NPM business and country-specific peculiarities necessaryBusiness fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)High affinity for data lake and cloud technologies to support and drive the overarching data analytics strategy of purchasingGood team and communication skills to represent the interests of the NPM organization regarding controlling and reporting requirements both within the purchasing/NPM area and externally to neighboring departmentApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
