GameStop is seeking a dynamic Head of Omni-Channel Engineering to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Technology. In this role, you will lead our engineering efforts across key areas such as Catalog, Pricing, Promotions, Order Management, Ecommerce, and Mobile Applications.

This position is based on site at our Grapevine, TX office.

Responsibilities

Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Lead the strategic direction for Ecommerce, Order Management Systems (OMS), and Notifications technologies in close collaboration with Product and Business leaders.Drive mission-critical KPIs across Product, Technology, and Business domains, ensuring alignment with company goals.Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps, effectively managing priorities and making tradeoff decisions to maximize customer and business impact.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Software Development, with a strong technical foundation.7+ years of experience managing software teams, with a proven track record of leadership.Exceptional interpersonal, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.

A demonstrated history of progression from Software Engineer to leadership roles, showcasing your growth and ability to scale with the business.Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Specific experience in Ecommerce, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this space.
