**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operation Head to lead our heat exchanger manufacturing facility at Vadodara site. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and strategic thinking to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. The Operation Head will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that align factory operations with market needs and business goals.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Lead a cross-functional team including production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain.
+ Oversee end-to-end manufacturing of heat exchangers, ensuring on-time delivery & quality standards.
+ Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality manufacturing and timely delivery.
+ Implement lean manufacturing and process optimization to enhance productivity and reduce costs
+ Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
+ Identify skill gaps and drive training & development initiatives for workforce enhancement.
+ Drive a zero-defect culture and process improvements. Oversee & implement quality control measures to minimize defects and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
+ Optimize inventory management & procurement to minimize costs and ensure smooth production.
+ Uphold and integrate Danfoss values into daily operations and interactions, ensuring a positive and collaborative workplace culture through motivational leadership.
+ Fostering a collaborative environment with senior leadership, R&D, sales teams and necessary stakeholders to align and improve factory operations to secure execution of the business strategy.
**Background & Skills**
+ Should hold Graduation in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering or other relevant courses.
+ Should have 10-15 years in manufacturing, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
+ Strong background in manufacturing, fabrication, or heavy engineering is preferred
+ Should possess excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
