We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to join our team and drive operational excellence across our CBS (Core Business Services) functions.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational activities within our CBS division. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of our operations, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the CBS operations team which includes Human Resources, Brand, Marketing & Communications, IT, Finance, Facilities and Administration, providing direction and guidance to teams. Provide HR strategic direction and guidance to Partner Group. Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency. Support BMC (Brand, Marketing and Communications) Lead with flagship events. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operational processes. Oversee budget planning and management, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality standards. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability within the operations team. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices. Chair Sports and Social Committee and oversight of CSR Committee. Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing effective risk management strategies. Drive the adoption of technology and automation to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance and key initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. At least 10 years experience in a senior operations management role, preferably within Human Resources or related industry. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing operational strategies and process improvements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to achieving operational excellence.
