Key Duties/Accountabilities/Responsibilities 1) Oversee personnel and activities to safely deliver operations, maintain schedules within cost requirements and ensure sufficient resources to fulfill contract and company objectives. 2) Advise senior management on operations and policy oversight for effective decision-making regarding performance, strategies, issues, and optimal approaches to achieve customer satisfaction and contract compliance. 3) Ensure the implementation of strategic plans for operations to support contract requirements and business development based on industry best practices. 4) Monitor operations, planning and work control performance drive best practice in nuclear operations and work control. 5) Advise management of significant issues and direct operations staff for immediate resolution. 6) Collaborate with various functional areas to provide services for supporting operations delivery and project requirements. 7) Develop training materials to ensure effective implementation and control of operational activities in their areas of responsibility. 8) Support and coordinate maintenance, repair, and operation of systems and supporting infrastructure if assigned.
