Job ResponsibilitiesYour Key Responsibilities:
People & Leadership – Build and develop strong, diverse, and engaged teams to drive factory performance. Foster talent development and ensure succession planning for key roles. Safety First – Instill a zero-unsafe-conditions mindset, creating a culture of safety across all teams. Quality Excellence – Reinforce our quality management system (ISO9001, IATF16949) and lead a zero-defect culture to enhance customer experience. On-Time Delivery – Work closely with Global Planning and stakeholders to maintain a smooth end-to-end production flow, ensuring on-time delivery while optimizing stock and raw material levels. Efficiency & Flexibility – Drive continuous improvement and automation to enhance productivity and equipment effectiveness. Develop the factory CAPEX roadmap to secure OEE and smart automation improvements. Cost Optimization – Lead cost-reduction initiatives to achieve year-over-year savings. Identify and implement mitigation strategies for cost deviations. Smart Manufacturing & Digitalization – Spearhead our transition to automated and digitalized production, shaping the factory of the future. Background & SkillsYou have an education in a relevant field and a successful track record in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
