What You’ll Bring:
Experience: 5+ years managing operations of Dry Bulk vessels, ranging from mini bulkers to supramax. Expertise: Proficiency in laytime calculations, agency coordination, bunker planning, and optimizing vessel and port performance. Leadership: Proven ability to oversee and guide teams, with a focus on driving operational excellence. Problem-Solving: A track record of managing challenges such as cargo damage, shortages, bills of lading, letters of indemnity, and bunker lifting. Proactivity: Extensive experience operating voyages and time charters while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaboration: A team player capable of driving performance and cost-efficiency by working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
