Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the success of client accounts, ensuring meticulous handling with a focus on priority and urgency, resulting in elevated client satisfaction and continuous process improvement. Collaborate with the client success team to assess and enhance processes, communication, KPIs, client feedback, and product development. Act as a point of escalation for any client complaints or issues, providing expert resolution strategies. Manage intricate claims and contract-related tasks to resolve disputes and ensure compliance. Play a pivotal role in strategy through staying current with regulations and market performance. Deepen your understanding of our evolving product, providing continuous feedback related to user experience (UX) for clients. Engage in local and global discussions to optimise processes and services.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within Administration, Customer Support, Client Success, or a related field. Demonstrated success in maintaining and enhancing client relationships. Previous experience in the FR property market is a big plus! A multitasking, interpersonal, organised, detail-oriented, problem-solving individual who efficiently manages time. Fluency in French and English with exceptional written and oral communication skills. Comfortable collaborating with an international and hybrid team.Benefits
