The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Performance Optimization & Transformation to drive operational excellence and maximize efficiency across our organization, particularly within our Workplace Management (WPM) division.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Lead and implement large-scale organizational change initiatives, aligning business processes, technology, and talent to drive strategic objectives and improve operational efficiency across WPM.

Together with senior leaders, develop and execute transformation roadmaps, leveraging data analytics and best practices to identify areas for improvement and create measurable, sustainable results.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to manage change, mitigate risks, and ensure successful adoption of new business models, technologies, and ways of working.

Lead global operational strategies for the WPM sub-business line.

Drive innovation to address our clients’ changing needs.

Keep abreast of cutting-edge trends and innovations in transformation and performance enhancement in Workplace Management.

Operational Excellence

Lead initiatives to identify, analyze, and improve key performance metrics across various business processes and systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute performance improvement projects, utilizing advanced analytics and industry best practices across all regions.

Coordinate and optimize global WPM processes, systems, and practices.

Utilize lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement.

Oversee the development and implementation of performance management systems.

Data and Profitability

Leverage technology to support and accelerate transformation objectives, enabling data-driven decision making.

Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize resource allocation, workflow efficiency, and overall organizational productivity.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the WPM sub-business line.

Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and track progress of transformation and optimization efforts.

Team Leadership and Development

Lead cross-functional teams to execute performance improvement projects.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Support career development and succession planning.

Stakeholder Management

Develop strategic relationships with senior level leadership across JLL.

Collaborate with leadership to ensure buy-in and successful implementation of transformation and optimization initiatives.

Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership on transformation and optimization progress and results.

Risk Management

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Implement risk management strategies to protect the company and clients.

Oversee business continuity plans.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a strategic, bold thinker with a passion for driving operational excellence and a record of delivering measurable results. They should be able to balance long-term strategic planning with direct execution of optimization initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of progressive experience in performance optimization, process improvement, or related roles

Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive change and inspire teams to achieve transformation goals.

Proven record of leading large-scale transformation and optimization initiatives

Strong understanding of real estate markets, workplace trends, and technology solutions

Advanced knowledge of lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles

Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Outstanding communication and people skills

Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams across multiple geographies.

Experience in driving digital transformation and implementing innovative solutions.

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools

Estimated total compensation for this position:

250,000.00 – 500,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
